Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
returned with original tags and packaging (if applicable)
free from stains, odors (perfume/smoke), or any signs of use
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as lingerie/intimates worn close to the body) may be non-returnable. If you’re unsure before purchasing, contact us and we’ll help right away.
How to request a return
Email us at [insert support email] with:
your order number
the item(s) you’d like to return
the reason for return (optional, but helpful)
We’ll reply with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or we made an error).
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless stated otherwise or covered by an active promotion.
Damaged items or wrong order
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
To keep things fast, exchanges are handled as return + new order. If you need sizing or fit help, message us and we’ll guide you.
